This Privacy Policy explains what information The Haus Of Legends collects, why we collect it, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
We have written this policy in plain language because privacy policies should help people understand what is happening with their information—not hide it behind complicated legal language.

1. What Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on what you choose to do on our website.
If you simply browse the site, we may automatically receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, approximate location, referring website, and information stored through cookies or similar technologies.
If you place an order, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, products ordered, order history, and other information needed to complete and support your purchase.
If you create an account, we collect the information needed to create and manage that account.
If you subscribe to our Collectors List or another newsletter, we collect your email address and any other information you voluntarily provide through the signup form.
If you contact us, we may keep the information you send us so that we can respond and keep a record of the conversation when necessary.
If you post a review or comment, submit a form, or otherwise provide content through an available website feature, we may collect the information you choose to submit.
2. Why We Use Your Information
We use information for practical reasons connected to running The Haus Of Legends.
That includes processing orders, arranging production and shipping, receiving payments, providing customer service, managing accounts, delivering digital products, sending newsletters you requested, supporting available interactive features, preventing spam and fraud, protecting the website, understanding how visitors use the site, and improving our products and services.
We may also keep certain information when necessary for accounting, taxes, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business records.
We do not collect information simply because we can. We should have a reason for collecting it.
3. Shopping and Order Information
When you buy something from The Haus Of Legends, we need enough information to complete the transaction and deliver your order.
That normally includes your contact information, billing information, shipping information, order details, and transaction information.
WooCommerce stores information connected to customer accounts and orders. Our current WooCommerce setup also allows customers to check out without creating an account.
We use order information to fulfill purchases, provide customer support, handle damaged or defective product claims, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and meet accounting or legal requirements.
4. Payment Information
Payments are processed using outside payment providers, including WooPayments and PayPal.
These services receive the information needed to process or support your payment. That may include your name, email address, billing details, address, phone number, purchase total, and payment identifiers.
The Haus Of Legends does not need to keep your full credit or debit card number in our own website records to fulfill your order.
Your payment provider has its own privacy and security practices.
5. Printing and Shipping Your Order
Many Haus Of Legends products are created through print-on-demand production.
We use Printify and its production partners to manufacture and ship qualifying products.
When needed to fulfill an order, information such as your name, shipping address, order details, and product information may be provided to the companies involved in producing or delivering your purchase.
We provide this information because they cannot make and deliver your order without it.
6. Email and the Collectors List
We use MailerLite for email marketing and subscriber communications.
If you choose to join our Collectors List or another mailing list, information such as your email address and any information you voluntarily provide through the signup process may be processed through MailerLite.
Joining a marketing list is optional.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in those messages.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending messages that are necessary to complete an order, respond to a request, address a security issue, or provide a service you asked for.
7. Analytics and Understanding Our Website
We use Google services, including Google Analytics, Site Kit, and Google Tag Manager, to help us understand how people find and use The Haus Of Legends.
Analytics can provide information such as the number of visitors, pages viewed, session activity, browser and device information, and approximate geographic information.
We use this information to understand things such as which pages are useful, how visitors find the website, and where the website can be improved.
Google services may also be used for product listings, measurement, and other commerce-related functions where those services are enabled.
8. Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser.
Some cookies are needed for things such as keeping products in a shopping cart, remembering that you are logged in, protecting the website, or making checkout work.
Other cookies may help us understand website traffic or measure how visitors interact with the site.
Third-party services we use may also set or read cookies according to their own privacy practices.
You can usually control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may cause some website features to stop working correctly.
We are also adding a dedicated cookie and privacy consent system to give visitors clearer choices about optional cookies and tracking where appropriate.

We use security and spam-prevention services, including CleanTalk and Akismet, to protect the website and its visitors.
These systems may process information such as IP addresses, email addresses, browser information, user-agent information, form submissions, comments, and technical or behavioral information needed to identify spam or malicious activity.
We use these tools to protect people and the website—not to build personal profiles about visitors.
10. Comments, Reviews, and Public Content
Information you intentionally post publicly should be treated as public information.
If you post a comment, review, or other content through a public feature on the website, other people may be able to see it.
Please do not post private information that you do not want other people to see.
If a website feature allows you to submit an image, remember that image files can sometimes contain hidden metadata, including location information. Before submitting an image, remove location information or other private metadata that you do not want shared.
11. Future Interactive and Artwork-Sharing Features
The Haus Of Legends does not currently operate a general artwork-upload or discussion forum. If we introduce an artwork-sharing or similar interactive feature in the future, we will explain how submitted content and related information are handled before that feature is made available. Any such feature will also be governed by the artist protections described in our Terms of Use.
Your artwork remains yours if a future feature allows you to submit it.
If we introduce an artwork-sharing feature, we will only process submitted artwork in the ways reasonably needed to store it, display it, protect it, moderate it, create web-sized previews, back it up, and operate that feature.
We will not use artwork submitted through such a feature to train generative AI or machine-learning models, and we will not knowingly provide that submitted artwork to another company for that purpose.
Submitting artwork through a future Haus Of Legends feature will not be treated as permission for AI training.
12. Embedded Content and Other Websites
Some Haus pages may include videos, social-media posts, images, links, or other content provided by outside websites.
Embedded content can sometimes behave as though you visited the outside website directly. That provider may collect information, use cookies, or track interaction according to its own privacy policy.
Once you leave The Haus Of Legends and visit another website, that website’s privacy rules apply.
13. Who We Share Information With
We do not treat your personal information as something to sell.
We do not sell customer or subscriber lists.
We do share limited information with companies that help us operate The Haus Of Legends when that information is necessary for them to perform their job.
That may include payment processors, production and fulfillment companies, email providers, hosting companies, security and spam-prevention services, analytics providers, delivery services, and other technology providers.
We may also disclose information when we reasonably believe we are legally required to do so, when necessary to protect the website or another person, or when needed to investigate fraud, security problems, or unlawful activity.
14. How Long We Keep Information
Different kinds of information need to be kept for different amounts of time.
Order and transaction records may need to be kept for accounting, tax, legal, customer-service, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Account information may be kept while an account remains active.
Newsletter information may remain with our email provider until you unsubscribe or we remove it. We may keep a limited record that you unsubscribed so that we do not accidentally add you back to marketing communications.
Comments, reviews, and other submitted content may remain until they are removed, moderated, or otherwise handled according to the rules that apply to the relevant website feature.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups even after it has been removed from the active website.
15. Your Privacy Choices
You can contact us if you would like to ask what personal information we have about you, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of information where appropriate.
Some information cannot always be deleted immediately. For example, we may need to keep certain transaction records because of tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, legal, or other legitimate requirements.
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, use, or disclosure of personal information.

16. Do Not Track and Online Tracking
Some browsers can send a signal called “Do Not Track.”
There is no single universal standard for how websites must respond to the older Do Not Track signal, and The Haus Of Legends does not currently change its website behavior based solely on that signal.
Third-party analytics and other services may collect information through cookies or similar technologies as described in this policy.
Where applicable law requires us to recognize a legally valid privacy preference or opt-out mechanism, we will follow those requirements.
17. Protecting Your Information
We use reasonable security measures intended to protect customer and website information from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss.
We also use security services, encrypted website connections, access controls, and other technical measures as part of operating the site.
However, no website, database, payment system, or internet connection can guarantee perfect security.
If we become aware of a serious security issue involving personal information, we will respond as appropriate and follow any notification requirements that apply.
18. Adults Only for Accounts and Interactive Participation
The Haus Of Legends requires users to be at least 18 years old to create accounts, make purchases, post comments or reviews, or use other interactive features we make available.
We do not knowingly create accounts for or collect account or interactive-feature information from people under 18.
Publicly available artwork, articles, and educational materials may still be viewed without creating an account.
If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may close the account and remove associated information when appropriate.
19. Visitors Outside the United States
The Haus Of Legends operates from the United States.
Some companies that help us operate the website may process information in the United States or other countries.
Privacy laws can differ from one country to another. Where a law applies to our handling of your information, we will work to meet those requirements.

The Haus Of Legends will continue to grow, and the technology we use may change.
When our privacy practices materially change, we will update this policy and change the effective date.
We believe important privacy changes should be explained clearly.
