Thank you for your interest in purchasing and downloading digital artwork from The Haus Of Legends. Before proceeding with the download, please read and agree to the following licensing terms:
1. Digital Downloads are for Non-Commercial Personal Use License ONLY:
All Images are Intellectual Property, Copyright 2024 The Haus of Legends, Iain Smillie. All Rights are reserved. Copyright infringement penalties can be civil and criminal. They include statutory damages between $750 and $30,000 per piece of work infringed upon. Civil penalties of up to $150,000 per piece if willful infringement is found
- This license grants you the right to use the digital artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only and is non transferable.
- You may print the artwork for showing in your home, office, or personal space.
- You are not permitted to use the artwork for any commercial purposes. This includes selling, promoting products or services, or using it in commercial projects.
2. Digital Download Printing and Display:
- You may print the digital artwork on physical media, like paper or canvas, for personal use only.
- You may show the printed artwork in your home, office, or other personal spaces. .
- You may not reproduce or distribute printed copies of the artwork to others without prior consent from the artist.
3. Non-Commercial Projects:
- You may incorporate the digital artwork into non-commercial projects, like personal gifts, greeting cards, or crafts.
- Non-commercial projects must not be used for monetary gain or commercial purposes.
4. Restrictions on Modification:
- You are not permitted to change or alter the digital artwork in any way. This includes cropping, resizing, or adding text.

- If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the digital artwork. You should refrain from downloading or accessing the artwork.
